Career Builder Association Policies

Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility: Refunds are available for our services under the following conditions:
    • For 1:1 coaching sessions: Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
    • For business consulting services: Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in the individual consulting agreement.
    • For the Career Builder Association membership: No refunds are offered for past months of membership.
  2. Process: To request a refund, customers must contact our customer service team via email at info[at]melissacoloton[dot]com.
  3. Exceptions:
    • No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or no-shows.
    • Partial refunds may be considered for incomplete consulting projects on a case-by-case basis.
  4. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  5. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days from the approval of the refund request.

Cancellation Policy

  1. 1:1 Coaching Session Cancellations:
    • Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will be charged the full session fee.
  2. Business Consulting Services Cancellations:
    • Cancellation terms for business consulting services are outlined in the individual consulting agreement.
    • Generally, a notice period of 30 days is required for cancellation of ongoing consulting services.
  3. Career Builder Association Membership Cancellations:
    • Members can cancel their subscription at any time.
    • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
    • No refunds are provided for partial months of membership.
  4. Cancellation Process:
    • To cancel a 1:1 coaching session, please contact us via email at info[at]melissacoloton[dot]com.
    • To cancel business consulting services, please refer to your consulting agreement for the specific process.
    • To cancel your Career Builder Association membership, log into your account and select 'Cancel Membership' or contact our support team at info[at]melissacoloton[dot]com.
  5. Reactivation of Cancelled Services:
    • If you wish to reactivate a cancelled service or membership, you may be subject to current pricing and terms.

Service Delivery Policy

  1. 1:1 Coaching Sessions:
    • Sessions are conducted via phone and virtually via Google meet.
    • The duration of each session is 60-90 minutes.
    • Rescheduling is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled time, subject to coach availability.
  2. Business Consulting Services:
    • Services are delivered as outlined in the individual consulting agreement.
    • This may include teleconferences, virtual meetings, in-person discussions, and/or email traffic with specific and agreed upon reports.
  3. Career Builder Association Membership:
    • Access to membership resources is provided immediately upon successful payment processing.
    • Members have 24/7 access to online resources for the duration of their active membership.
  4. Service Availability:
    • Our services are available to clients located within the United States
    • All times mentioned are in EST
